Please note that locked rooms are strictly off-limits including the bunk loft. However, if you would like access to additional locked bedrooms, the following fees will apply:

$50 per night, per room for the entire stay
$75 one-time cleaning fee per room

We’ve made sure the house is super comfortable with foam insulation and extra soundproofing, so you can enjoy a peaceful stay without any disturbances. Every detail has been thought out to make sure you have an amazing time here.

Chateau Mountain is one of the premier vacation neighborhoods in Branson, MO. Known for its massive Table Rock Lake Views and proximity to everything in Branson, it will not disappoint! Not only are the views fantastic but the neighborhood amenities are top-notch. The OUTDOOR POOL will be a big hit with the whole family to cool off in the heat of the summer and is open Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend! But swimming year-round is still an option with the INDOOR HEATED POOL outfitted with a wall of glass garage doors ready to bring the outside in! Your kiddos will have a blast on the top-of-the-line PLAYGROUND just a short walk away.

Getting around

Heading out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just 7 minutes from the west side of the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks Science Museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites, and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's! The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 16 minutes away! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House-sitting right on Lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show from the outdoor amphitheater! Silver Dollar City is one of Branson’s biggest attractions and is only 10 minutes away! SDC is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing rollercoasters, live shows, cave tours, and many craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! There are more options for fun things to do on Table Rock Lake, also just minutes away! State Park Marina is 9 minutes away, where renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come to experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

We kindly ask all guests to refrain from engaging in any illegal drug-related activity, including recreational or medical cannabis, while on or near the property. In the event of a violation of this policy, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay. Any guest(s) found to be in violation will be subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any incurred property damages, and eviction. Please be aware that guests who violate this policy forfeit their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.
